As many of you may know, I've changed a lot.  I'm no longer the confused little girl that once started blogging here.  For the most part, I've turned my life around and have become a better person in the process.  With that being said, I've now started blogging somewhere else once again!  For a while, I was blogging (rarely) on WordPress, but now I've started once again at blogger.  To keep up with me, check out my new blog at sedley11.blogspot.com. This is going to provide me with a space to talk about my life.  I want to be able to blog about the things that are important to me in a space that I feel comfortable in.  While I loved Xanga, I feel like I've outgrown this site and much of the baggage that I once carried here.  When I sat down to write these posts, I was spilling out my secrets to all of the internet.  Now, I just want a spot where I can spill everything I have to all of the internet, but without so many secrets.  Now that I'm no longer struggling with issues such as self harm (not that I don't struggle, because that sure as hell would be a lie) I feel like my blog posts are becoming more real.  I want a blog that I can share with the world, with the parents of my softball babies, or anyone else... That's just not a part of my life that I'm willing to open up about quite yet.

The last time I sat down and wrote an entry for this blog, it was nearly a year ago.  I feel like it's time to sit down and talk about some of the things that went on in my life.  I've mentioned this to some people and while I don't think they've creeped on my blog yet, I'm sure it will come up eventually.  I use a website called quizlet.com under the same name (amanda_cake).  When you type in that username on google, the number one hit is this blog.  This very blog that I'm typing on now.  Funny how that is.  I'm interested to look at my statistics and see how many comments I have on old posts and things, because I'm sure people are still reading this.  They must be, or would it be the number one hit on google?

How are all of my old Xanga friends doing?  I've missed reading some of your posts recently, every once in a while when I try to blog on WordPress I will think of this site.  WordPress is nice, however, I miss the social network that I had here.  This site is about so much more than blogging, it seems.  Every once in a while I think I will start blogging again, but then I don't see it happen.  I don't want to come on here and make any fake promises.

I'm currently a senior in high school, struggling but making it through.  I'm unsure of where I want to go to college.  I've already been accepted into one school, but I don't know if that is where I want to go.  In the end, I hope that I will be able to make things work.

I'm still playing softball, and still knitting like crazy!

• I look like crap today, but I don't really care. 
• I haven't washed my hair tonight and I might not wash it at all.  I'm just being lazy, I think.
• I really need to go blow my nose, it's driving me nuts.  :-/
